When Toni’s not helping clients with their Real Estate needs, she enjoys staying active in the Nashville music scene with her family. She currently lives in Williamson County TN with her husband, Corey, a former boxer turned artist, writer, producer/manager, and their son Ryman. As proud members of both the Country Music and International Boxing Halls of Fame, the Frizzells attend annual induction ceremonies and special events in Nashville, Tennessee, and Canastota, New York.
You may recognize Ryman Shafer Frizzell as the toddler guitar player, whom has appeared on many stages with big named artists like Loretta Lynn, Ricky Skaggs and Doug Stone to name a few. Ryman has spent the last couple years playing all around Nashville as a member of the HonkyTonk Daycare Band, with his buddies Kash & Caysen.

The family legacy continues with their son, Ryman Shafer Frizzell, known to many as the ‘toddler guitar player’ who has appeared with legends like Loretta Lynn and Ricky Skaggs. You can catch Ryman and the HonkyTonk Daycare Band playing at various stages around Nashville.
Ten year old Ryman Shafer Frizzell, Godson of hall of fame singer/songwriter, Whitey Shafer, and nephew of country legend, Lefty Frizzell, formed the HonkyTonk Daycare Band with his buddies Kash Whitley Mellons & Cayson Hammonds, when he was 7 and they were 11. The boy’s started playing regular gigs at the Music City Bar & Grill, and quickly started to be booked on shows all over Nashville, including the Keith Whitley Tribute show, the TN State Fair, the Nashville Palace and Troubadour Theater. Outside of real estate, music and time together as a family, is an important part of our life. We own a motorcoach that we enjoy using at music events, where we often host artists and friends in a comfortable, welcoming space. We also invest in the motorcoach world through a short-term motorcoach investment property with a coach house, blending lifestyle with thoughtful ownership. That balance of enjoyment, connection, and smart investment mirrors how I approach real estate—focused on people, experience, and long-term value.
